Estimated to be worth around €15 million, the property includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private cinema, a spacious garden, and a garage capable of housing five vehicles. Reports indicate the house was purchased outright in 2015 without a mortgage.

The family also owns another large property near the Cantabrian coast. The estate spans more than 10,700 square metres and includes a residence of approximately 1,000 square metres, with an estimated value exceeding €2 million. However, the property has reportedly faced legal challenges related to local urban planning regulations.

Beyond football and real estate, Alonso has generated significant income through endorsement deals with globally recognised brands. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies such as Adidas, Porsche, Emidio Tucci, El Corte Inglés, and the popular football management game Top Eleven.
